Bryan Pankratz is a life-long resident of Minnesota and lives in the Lakeville-Prior Lake area. He has been working in the Sales and Marketing field for more than 17 years and has always enjoyed working and helping people.
Bryan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Minnesota State University - Mankato in 1994.
Over 85 percent of Bryan’s business is refferal bassed coming from people that he has met through his public contacts, repeat clients, and referrals from past clients, family and friends.
Bryan is married with two children amd enjoys the time he is able to spend with his family. Although his kids have very active schedules with soccer, dance, baseball and basketball, he still finds time to have fun playing golf, basketball, boating, biking and many other outdoor activities with his family.

Joni Preuss and her husband Todd were born in Minnesota and raised in Apple Valley. Today they still live in Dakota County with their daughter Allison, a beautiful and very busy toddler!
Family time usually means taking walks, going to the lake and park, listening to music, watching car races, gardening, reading, playing ball or exploring this beautiful country.
Joni has been working in the Sales and Marketing field for nearly 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Arizona State University in 1995, and began working as a copy editor at the reputable daily Tribune Newspapers.
By 1997 however, Joni had moved back to Minnesota and purchased her first home. She had a new baby sister to spoil - they are 22 years apart to the day! - and she missed her large family and closest friends.
Joni’s first home was a 2-bedroom, 1 bath, one-level, townhome in Apple Valley that she was drawn to and determined to fix up and resell.
With some elbow grease, good timing, management and negotiation skills, along with a bit of fate —it turned out to be a TERRIFIC investment for a few reasons.
Not only did Joni enjoy the benefits of home ownership like privacy, space, independence and tax benefits, she also made a profit, and met Todd Preuss, a talented residential contractor and business owner with close to 20 years experience. The two fell in love working on the remodeling project and married shortly after.
Two years later in 2002, Joni left her writing and graphic design career to become a full-time licensed Realtor….and she’s been helping people buy and sell homes ever since.
Together, Joni and her team have served hundreds of homeowners, and are now ready to serve you!
